2. The age question

• We ask «What year were you born?» with a list going back 100 years and no year preselected. We do not hint at the minimum age or offer anything for being a certain age.
• We use the lowest age possible for that year (current year minus birth year minus 1), so we never ask for the month or day.
• We ask when you create a Club account or sign in again, before sending an email code or opening Google, and before your first purchase if your account has no year yet. Trivia Skyfall asks its own neutral question: under 13, you can play but without purchases or online play.
• Under 13: no account is created, no email is sent and nothing reaches our servers; your browser keeps only a 24-hour local mark without the year. 13 to 17: the account is created and each purchase needs a guardian’s permission. 18 or older: no change.
• We store only the birth year and the date you gave it, never show it to anyone, and the account becomes adult automatically when it should. Email us if you chose the wrong year.

3. Under 13

• Children under 13 may play as guests, without an account. They cannot create an account or buy without verifiable parental consent, which we do not offer today.
• Ad pixels and personalized advertising never load for them. Our own metrics, if someone accepts them, are used only to run and improve the site.
• If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we suspend it, notify the account’s email, delete its data within 10 business days and refund any purchase if the guardian asks.

4. Ages 13 to 17

• Teens may create a Club account under our Privacy Notice.
• Each purchase requires checking «Tengo permiso de mi madre, padre o tutor para esta compra» (I have my parent’s or guardian’s permission for this purchase); the order records it.
• A parent or guardian may request a refund of a purchase made without permission within 60 calendar days (Refund Policy).
• Club+ (when available) will not be offered to 13–17 accounts.
• No ad pixels, no purchases or sign-ups sent to Meta, TikTok or Google, and no news emails without a guardian’s consent.
• Skytown towns are shared under generated names; names and emails are never shown, and there is no chat or free text.

5. Advertising and pixels

• Our paid ads target people aged 18 or older.
• While we do not know your age, ad pixels load only if you accept «Advertising» and arrived from one of our ads, never on organic visits.
• A 13–17 account never loads ad pixels or sends server-side conversions, even on a visit from an ad, and neither does a browser with the local under-13 mark. Accounts without a birth year send no server-side conversions either.
• Our organic content for ages 13 and up does not mention purchases or prices. The games on piplogames.com show no ads.

6. No pressure

No loot boxes or paid random rewards, no countdowns, «today only» offers or dated limited editions, and no streaks you can lose: seasonal items come back. Total prices are shown in MXN and are one-time payments; any future subscription will be clearly labeled. Our ads do not target or pressure minors.

7. Parents and guardians

Email adminpiplogames@gmail.com to find out whether your child has an account and what data we keep, to have the account and its data deleted, to request a refund of a purchase made without your permission or to withdraw any consent. The email used to create the account or the account reference shown in the Club helps us find it.
